I have a 180 hp 4cyl that I just noticed is pushing oil up and out of the dipstick at high rpms does anybody have any ideas as to what might cause this?:mad:

Try this test.. Get the engine to normal operating temperature. Take off the oil fill cap from the valve cover and rev up the engine a bit. See if there is smoke or pressure pumping up through the hole. If so, most likely the rings are worn out. Time for a new engine..:(

Blow by caused by bad piston rings more than likely or if you're lucky, possibly a bad PCV valve if it has one.
