I have a 180 hp 4cyl that I just noticed is pushing oil up and out of the dipstick at high rpms does anybody have any ideas as to what might cause this?

Try this test.. Get the engine to normal operating temperature. Take off the oil fill cap from the valve cover and rev up the engine a bit. See if there is smoke or pressure pumping up through the hole. If so, most likely the rings are worn out. Time for a new engine..

Blow by caused by bad piston rings more than likely or if you're lucky, possibly a bad PCV valve if it has one.
