A boat that size with 425 hp engines should go about 70 mph. At those rpm's, a 24 pitch prop should be about right. The 23's should be able to give you a good idea of what's needed.

I just looked at Baja's web site and they show a test of one with 415hp 502's using 28's. That's a lot of prop slip. My boat has less slip and goes faster with 26's. You may have to do some testing. Good luck.

My neighbor said his boat runs high 60's with the 26" Bravo 1 4 blades. Lots of slip. He also spins them in and right about 5000rpms. Its a heavy boat and he also has a Generator.
