Default Are there fittings included with KPM's strainers

Just ordered a 8" sea strainer and a intercooler strainer but since KPM's website is down I cannot decide wether the fittings are included and what size the threads are in the strainers.

Anyone know?!

THey will be pipe threads commonly. Either 1" or 1.5". Use only brass or copper. Best to get from a plmbing suply house or boat rigger. Home depot and Lowes stuff is sometimes flawed and will give you a headache. I don't know if those come with fittings, but I've never seen sea strainers come with accesories. Usually mounting bracket nd housing.

What sizes are the fittings on the KPM 8" sea strainer and on the KPM intercooler strainer?

Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks! I assume that was a KPM version.

My mistake. The KPM intercooler strainer was 3/4" pipe, and the water pump was 1" pipe. I don't know about the sea strainer, but I'd have to assume its 1" since the water pumps are 1"

Keep in mind, kpm made several changes to all these parts over time. From my experience, you can't be 100% sure with them until the part arrives.
