gear ratios
34P props and 1.5:1 gears or 30P props and 1.36:1 gears. These are hypothetical numbers(I didn't do the math). Do smaller P props hook up better spinning faster? Are 1.5:1 gears stronger?

whats your hp, and rpm range? The 1.5's will take you longer to get to top speed.
