just curious, looking for opinions as i will soon be looking to install some stereo goodies. my last stereo i used kicker amps and clarion speakers, components, and boston subs..
Just curious what everyone else is using and if your happy, quality is good and holds up in a marine evirenment? how about MB quart, they make 6.5's (but they dont do components), or eclipse, or should i stick with clarion, or something else?

also thoughts on a bazooka tube over actuall subs?

Recently replaced my Clarion 6.5" 's and sub with all JL Audio marine and am VERY happy with them. I also went with their 6450m marine 6-channel amp, but it's their lower-end amps and it ran rather hot running 4 coaxials and the sub. Just sold that boat and am going to go with the JL speakers again but use their higher-end line of auto amps this time.

Are the JL's better than the alpine and kicker 6.5's? What are they a pair?
