Hi i am new member from Sweden so sorry fore my english,

I have a mercruiser 7,4 mpi -98 and i am going replace my camshaft i have a cam from a 454 mag mpi -98 the mercruiser number are #431-850478 but i do not now if this is a roller cam will it work with my roller lifters? Do annyone have the specs fore this cam?

If you change the cam, you will also have to change the ECM and possibly parts of the fuel injection.

Griff is right----also, you might try getting ahold of RMbuilder/Bob Madara of Marine Kinetics in New York. No, thats a .050 duration @ 266/270 and a max lift of .714...
