Looks like a Latham wing plate on your drives. I would try to get what your missing. Rams & hoses outside, Ps pump inside.Should have a cooler too but mabye thats gone as well. Look on the outside of your starboard engine or follow the hose from your seawater pump as that is typically where the cooler is located.You should have an acturator valve where your steering cable connects to your inner transom plate it connects back to your ps pump. post more pics good luck
