Zero effort controls
I have a poontoon boat (sold the Scarab & looking) and I want to put zero effort controls on it. What do I need? How much will it cost? I have a evenrude 115 etec motor on the poontoon boat.
Thanks Bryan |
I think there was a used set in the swap section and even a pod if you need it to mount.

Genuine Mercury & Mercruiser parts. Zero Effect Control - Mechanical, Components |
How many do you need? I CNC'd a few years ago. Might have 2 laying around still, red anodiized. $40
Also, I have used 10/32" female heim joints. Just knock the pin out, and clearance out the back of the lever so it fits. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ECON-3-16-x-10-32-FEMALE-RH-ROD-ENDS-HEIM-JOINTS-HEIMS/390467150103?hash=item5ae9a7e117:g:fhgAAOSw1XdUU5t h&vxp=mtr https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Stand...male,7723.html |
