I would think the stains will eventually fade ...Like it was said some sunlight will help alot ... But if they do have to be replaced .... Mcleod Makes the Interior on the upgraded Baja's ... you can get replacements direct from them ....But I expect they will clean up ....m

Thanks, did what the storage facility said. Charcoal, lysol. Live in eastera Pa. Had the boat in an underground mine. Temp constant 50-55 degrees.

I was thinkin ... did you clean the boat up right before you put it in storage ? Maybe it was still wet .. or water in the Bilge ? If your cover does not breath well the moisure has no place to go ....m |
No, it was dry. Maybe reaction of Franzy and Lysol???

DOWNTOWN42 is right, be patient, bleach solution then as much sunlight as possible, it WILL disappear.

Try some WD-40, I have found it takes everthing off of vinyl.

A friend of mine turned me on to a product called JOMAX which is designed specifically to remove stains and permanently kill the microbe's that cause mold and mildew to grow and stain. I had to order it off the internet, but it works great. Best of luck. |
