Does someone recognize this black box?

I'm wondering if this is a stand alone fuel management module or something else? Can't get it clear enough to read when I zoom in.

Anyone?

Seems like a weird place to mount something like that. Maybe so now that I look at it more.

You guys are right. I found it on the web. 6amp charger. Just seemed like the transom is a weird place to mount it instead of the rear firewall/bulkhead.
