I have Lenco's on my CC and they are fine but I only have 17 hours on the boat. It didn't come with the LED indicators on my control panel and I highly recommend getting that option. I plan to switch mine out shortly so I have the indicators.

I too have toyed with the idea of going with the lenco when the time comes. the price of merc/kiekaeffer is insane even when "used". my boat tops out about 65+ mph and I'm no johnny ocean racer anymore so I could probably do with the lenco type. keep us posted, thanks. -jeff

Installed the tabs yesterday, overall the install was fairly simple and straight forward.

I did have to remove my swim steps to facilitate the trim tabs back plate, so I spent the majority of my time cleaning and filling the 12 holes and paint lines that remained after their removal.

Tabs are mounted, the remaining components needed for the install should arrive from Lenco tomorrow. Once everything has been installed I'll post up a few pictures.

Even better news is I've been able to facilitate a new set of 14x 19 tabs with all the supporting hardware AND a used removable 77x29 teak swim platform, for just under $1500. Which is less than the cost of a set of tabs alone.

"I'm Stoked" and can't wait to get back on the water.

I got a kick out of this explaination from another forum:

ronlp - I'm clearly ig'nant in topics of aquatics.

I know port from starboard, but I have no idea wtf a 'tab' is.

Mike SVOR -They're wheelie bars for boats.
