Silly question....

I know this may sound dumb but is there a difference between trim tab pumps and outdrive trim pumps???????

They have different flow rates.You can use them, if you reverse the hoses, but the tabs will move very quickly. I know, that is what I did and they work fine, just need to bump the tab rocker switch to adjust trim.

Chuck

I found the old transom plate and it has the thru hull fittings. The new plate from Mercury does not come with them. How soon are you planning to install ?
