Default Exhaust water temp questions

It's a 460 with a 140* t-stat, on the hose I have steam. New EMI exhaust with SS rizers that are very warm to the touch both sides. I used a ir thermometer and the t-stat housing is 140-143. The hose going into the housing is 68*.The hoses going to the manifolds are 98-102*. The water coming out of the tips is 130-140*. It's not alot of steam, but it's there. Engine was fresh last year so nothing internal. Ideas? Flow?

ttt- I still have what seems like alot of steam at all times. Would a rich carb cause steam? I'm gonna fix that issue tonight with some jet work.
The steam really pours out on hard accelleration. Ideas?
