do you mean a real fuel cell or just an aluminum box fuel tank ? the best fuel cells come from aero tec labs in NJ. they make all the F1 , indy car stuff etc . a 40 gal al fuel tank you should be able to get welded up by any decent fabrication shop near you and save the shipping.
