I can only tell you of my experience. I hope all you guys have better than what I had. I am compulsive, that is for sure. I have owned three boats; Warlock, Fountain and Cig. None were perfect. I disassembled all three and made improvements but for the Warlock and Cig they were very minor.

Again, The 32 is a fast good handling hull that is well designed and good looking. Not sure why they discontinued it?

Something that is easy to do and not expensive is to make access holes at the top of the stringers (that have the non sealed pass-thru's) and pour Rot Doctor into it until it won't take any more. This stuff pours like diesel but is an epoxy that "pickles" the wood. Once you can't get any more in (which could take many days of application) just seal your access with solid epoxy. This should prevent rot from spreading from those non sealed spots. It is easy to use, smells good for a chemical and isn't too expensive. I bought a 2 gallon kit and have 50% left after doing the fountain and every hole/ pass through I put in the Cig. It is preventive medicine.

On the bright side I took her up to 72 MPH on GPS yesterday afternoon. She was smooth tracking and stable. I played with the trims /drives to try and get more out of her but I think that is the limit. Anyone know of a good deal on a 35 ICBM ? Anyone want a slightly used 29 fever.

mine has a 6"x8" spider, from hull flexing on driver side gunwhale, a buddy of mine has them on both sides of his 32, and on bow, i went nuts when i bought the boat beging of last summer and know they wernt there, so i freaked out, and i was so paranoid that there was work done on the boat that i pulled a bunch of stuff apart trying to find out if i was had!!! But every thing was good as new and it appears to just come from flexing. there however is alot of garbage left from build if u look hard enough, other beak owners might chime in and help easy your concerns.

As far as your speed goes... my buddies '91 29 Fever runs 94mph on GPS.... really squirrley at that speed though. Tough to drive.
t-502's, .060 over, special cams, rockers, stock GM heads, lightning headers, stand off boxes (Stellings) & longer k-planes. Runs 32" props and really comes on plane fast.... I could not believe it!! It does however always porpoise a little...... I think I am staying with my Sonic!
