I do. 
No springs or moving parts to stick obstructing flow, no plastic parts to break, or valves to remember to open or close.
1) unscrew cap
2) fasten garden hose
3) turn on hose
4) start motor
5) drink beer while it flushes
6) stop motor
7) unscrew hose
8) reinstall cap.
done.
Flushes drive and motor.

I thought that MST guardian went out of business a couple of years ago ?
