who to do holley carb rebuild????

A bit old, but getting close to boating season.
Griff, the carb was never tuned from the start. I am not scared at rebuilding the carb, it is the tuning. If I use Nickerson, my guess was he could basically set the carb up right so I can bolt it on a go. If this is not the case, maybe I can rebuild and get someone to tune the carb on the boat.
Thoughts?
