Looking at a 1998 boat that the owner says was equipped with a "540 horsepower Keith Black engine". The engine appears to be a stock 415 Mercury Marine with a clear anodized intake on it.

Can anybody identify this engine?

Any information on if it was a custom engine or just a manifold swap.
