Default colored wires needed

I'm making a wiring harness and can't find any purple or gray 12-14 gauge wire like the wire used in mercruiser's harness. Does anyone know a place that sells this type of wire. Thanks jp.

I use Byfield Marine Supply in Pensacola, Florida. They have just about any color you want in marine grade, tin coated wire. I would not use a regular bare copper wire. Marine grade wire is tin coated and has a covering that is impervious to water. Their number is 1-800-237-3741.

I buy From best boat wire all the time ...good pricing and quality stuff ...

this guy has good stuff too .....

http://stores.ebay.com/Genuinedealz

Another option is buying surplus merc cables and just cut what you need from the cable ... ...then you have all the colors you need ....m
