Shining up discolored drive???
My drives have a slight cloudy discoloration to them. I tried to use hull cleaner then polishing compound and still discolored.
What's the secret to getting rid of the cloudy look of them? |

Are you running drive showers? If not that could be some of the cause. Dirve gets hot when running.

Temp fix squirt WD40 on them. Sometimes will help.
Medium term solution I taped up everything including the transom and the decals, scuffed the dull paint with 400 grit and spray painted with the can Merc Phantom Black. Looks fine. |
