Ok I changed the gauge and sender to auto meter today and it went to 40psi and crept up to 48 then down to 25 and bounced between 0-25. I gave it a little fuel and back to 50 and started jumping again.

I'm going to re verify with a mechanical gauge again tomorrow and go from there. I just feel like i am chasing a ghost and don't have anytime to mess with it before the shoot-out Don't need the cops called on me again.

Mine was doing the same thing last year . Drove me nuts. Checked with mechanical guage and new sending unit etc. Found out it was the push on conector to the sender. Just crimped it a little tighter and problem was fixed
