Default Help!!!

Can any one help me.

I have a RH Propeller.
Do I offset my shaft to the Left or to the Right, or do I keep it Centered?

I am using a Surface Drive System.

Many Thanks.

More info.
If this is a single I wouldn't think it would matter.
I would think the weight distribution L to R would be more important.

Keep the drive centered and add weight to the left side if needed. If you do add weight make it as low as possible. We had to add about 120 lbs. to our race boat. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys.
The boat is only 27 feet long with a 26 degree dead rise. The engine is a 440 Yanmar running through a ZF 220 with a ratio of 1.237:1. Currently swinging a 17 x 32 RH Prop. Given the heavy pitch of the prop, the boat suffers from quite a bit of Torque Steer. Ideally I should probably run a ratio of 1:1 and keep the pitch down which would probably help but is not in the budget at this time.
Would fitting a trim tab help any at all?
Thanks again for the advise. Any help is appreciated.
