Default Stored with throttle forward

Had my tach changed by the mechanic while winterizing last November. Pulled the boat out today & saw the throttle about 1/8 forward. Must have left it engaged while checking the new tach? So the boat sat like this all winter. What kind of problems should I expect? 2000 7.4 merc mpi. Thanks
