700sci oil filter

Those EA oil filters are no where near a WIX. They absolutely blow them out of the water. AMSOIL's secondary supplier is Wix. They have been in a partnership for almost two years now. The insides of the EA oil filters are a completely different media than what Wix uses.
Does Amsoil make an equivalent for the Fram racing HP 4 and HP 6?

Automotive Oil FIlters have a bypass valve generally set to around 14-16 psi and Racing FIlters to around 20-22 psi. That is how they get their flow up along with efficient media.
So Amsoil is not into the racing end so it hanles Wix and Donaldson.

FYI:
Clarcor manufactures:
Baldwin
Hastings
Amsoil
Casite
Champion Labs
Bosch
Car and Driver
Deutsch
Mobil 1
STP
SuperTech
K&N
Wix = NAPA
How come we have not been talking much about Baldwin filters? Rex Marine sells them.

Clarcor does NOT manufacturer AMSOIL Ea oil filters. WIS does most of the assembly with media from the Amsoil / Donaldson partnership.

AMSOIL does have an EaO filter with the same dimensions as the 51060R which is WIX's replacement for the HP4. Amsoil does not make any filters with the 1 1/2" threads that the HP6 uses.
The HP4 replacement is the EaO24 and I can get those for $13.15 plus shipping. The 57003R would be $24.95 ea.

Like the 51060 and 51060R there is no bypass valve. Most GM filters are like this due to the bypass in the engine instead of the filter. The bypass PSI is mostly irrelevant in all but startup and plugged conditions. The filters will rarely ever push oil past the bypass when running. Hook up a pressure gauge before and after the filter and check the pressure differential yourself. You will find a 4-5PSID in most cases, far from popping even the lower 9PSID bypass valves.
