Take a clean big container( clean plastic garbage can) and soak the cover in bleach solution for a little while then pressure wash. Take your time and don't use excessive pressure at the wand, and clean it over a tarp or clean concrete .

I threw mine over my truck bed and used the press washer. Worked great.

Pressure washing takes any treatment off the fabric.

I used star brite sail and canvas cleaner. I laid down a big tarp on the driveway and laid the cover on that so it didn't get snagged up. Mix it up per the directions and scrub with a soft bristled brush. Hose her off and reapply waterproofing. I was surprised how much crap came out of the cover compared to just using soap. Btw, my top is sunbrella.

Yeah i have a few spots on the underneath of mine and I have the blue vinyl like cover. I've used a bleach mix and a scrub brush to kill/stall it, but over the winter it seems to get active again. I'd be a fraid to use a pressure washer for fear it would blast the vinyl coating off the other side.
