Anybody using MEFIburn software ??
I need to retune my motors. Has anybody bought and used this software?? Does it work and how easy is it for a lay person to use and understand. I am really frustrated with my current tunes and need to get them right so I can enjoy what is left of this summer.
I need feedback, GOOD OR BAD !!!
Thanks !!
Smitty
P.S. I already have wideband O-2 sensors in my headers.

I recently bought the mefi-burn std version and a rinda 02tester,haven't fine tuned my motor with it yet on the water but did take it for a 1hour test ride sunday before work trying to get a feel for how it works. Looks like it will do what I need just is a pia to see the computer screen in the sunlight,Smitty

The scope of my business doesn't really include tuning, so I haven't purchased it yet, but I have met/talked with Bob Radke of MEFIburn on several occasions to discuss other (MEFI related) things. The software is for real and works well, and Bob is extremely knowledgeable and is very dedicated to his products and cutomers. He has many stock and modified calibrations and he frequenty helps people tune thier calibrations.
The nuts and bolts of it are that the MEFIburn software allows you to retreive and load calibrations from a MEFI controller. The actual tweaking of the calibration is done with TunerPro software, which you can download for free. You will need the MEFI definition files that come with MEFIburn to modify a MEFI calibration, but there are automotive definition files and calibrations available online that you can use to learn how to use the TunerPro software before you spend any money.

Wow Tunerpro I was using that when I was tuning my cars. Good Stuff.
I am familiar with diacom. Does the mefi scan/log data like diacom or just tuning?
I didnt see burn software for the 496ho 555 pcm's on the website.

TT tuned the motors in my boat. He actually tunes motors better than he films us smoking a Cigarette.
