I always ran Mobil 1 M1-302's and Mobil 1 15-50 oil.
I still run the same filters on my 502mpi's. They are common filter and available at any automotive parts store that sells Mobil 1 filters. They also use a synthetic element that won't swell up like filters that use a paper element if any moisture gets in the oil.
