i noticed last weekend (first time i used boat in over a month) that my bilge pumped out a lot of water each morning & even when leaving the cove. no water in drive oil so i figured my bellows were bad, but my speedo also isnt connected. just another thing to keep me busy this winter. TRS here tho, not Bravos.

What is the "swivel seal"?

In the top of the housing.

IF you decide that is the problem there are two fixes - the one in the link above, or pulling the engine.

I know that this sounds off but I had a similar problem last year with my Alpha set up. I could see some water coming in from the transom and I thought from my drive. It took me a while to figure out that the bolts holding on my inner transom plate had losend up and water was actually coming trough the bolt and then running down onto the boot. A little tightneing last year and some life caulk this year have fixed my problem. Just a thought.

I would guess that its not your drive bellow as that is likely to produce a fairly large leak, at least thats what I experienced......

That just happened to my father last weekend.*

On the older style Bravo transom assemblies the bottom bolts that hold the transom assembly on are carriage bolts. On the newer style they are studs coming out of the assembly. Anyway those carriage bolts have either the smooth round head or a anode that screws on the end. My father's actually corroded away in the middle of the bolt and the carriage head fell off, letting water come in the bilge. Just something else to check
