Default new engine/blower combo no boost update

ok went back testing removed the eddie marine flame arrester from what tom @ weiand told me and whipple, 3-4 psi @ 4600 right where should be with the 3.5 pulley, had already ordered a 2.66, so tried that 6-7 @ 4600, tried a 8x3 K & N filter from my gibson, looses 1/2 boost over none at all...so thats for all the help on this..and one other thing I noticed after about a hour of running and several wot runs went back and felt the blower itself..checking for all the heat...felt almost cool to the touch... but I am having a float sticking/flooding everytime I come off plane back to no wake speeds....tried 2 new sets of needle and seats, checked the floats for binding, fuel pressure @ 6.5...tried 6.0 does it everytime to the point fuel pours in and fills the carb to the air horn with fuel ??? some times if you can catch it in time and tap on the carb you can get it to stop and will run fine until you put on plane and come off again...last time ran enough fuel in to hydro lock the engine, now this carb was a drag race one we ran just a short time ago and ran fine, just did the blower mods per weiand and now this issue ?? thanks Rob

Went through this recently. Had carbs gone through by Nickerson and thought all was good. Turned out one brass float had just enough fuel in it to work only some of the time.
Eight dollars later and one new float and all was good again.
