Also if your running to much piston to cylinder wall clearance your rings wont last as long.

Rob, what do you call loose as far as piston to cylinder clearance? Why do you have to replace the blocks? What is the bore now? If they are Gen VI blocks, they can go to 4.600. All and all, even at 15% on an sc engine with over 100 hours, that's not bad.

I got a piar of 598's that will leak less than 5% right now. 14 holes will go less than 3%. They have not been fired in a month. So will Joe Murray's 598's.

I figured 15% was soso,Also meaning nothing is hurt. Gen 6 2001,The pistons call for 6.5, most are around 8 one is 10 and 11.theres alittle scuffing on the pistons, its been like that for the last 2 ring jobs, one is 30 and one is 60, I was thinking taking the 60 over to 70, but they say they don't make rings for them. I really didn't want to go past 70 over.I'm scared of it being thin.I see they make a ring for a 4.560.I wonder if thats a off the shelf piston?

You can Also try C&A rings.
I have 2 builds on Childs and Albert rings they have a zero gap setup very similar to speed pro.
Looks like they have your size as well.
Yeah 15% is the early end of getting tired.
Not bad, but not new. Another season it will probably be time.
