I only have seen about 4 maybe up to 5 Lbs. boost. The motors only turn 5000 rpm won't turn any more. I have Mechanical boost gauges at the helm.

Does it matter the length of hose run to the gauges to get an accurate measurment. I have the boost gauge line plumbed into the back of the intake all the way to the dash. ????/
