Conect all the hoses back,,,check everything, Then warm up the engine on the waterhose.
Change oil ,check drivefluid, check sparkplugs, change fuel filter.

Spray all electric stuff with WD 40,,clean the boat ,wax or polish it and go have fun.

Depends on what drive u have ,also check the gimbal bearing and the belows.

On the hose when u warm up ,make shure u check the waterlines for leaks( exhaust and sofort)

Thats what i would do.

I put it in the water and turn the key

You really shouldn't have to do anything special, but that can vary a little depending on who winterized it and if they disconnected some hoses. Charge the batteries and check all fluid levels. Check for leaks or water in bilge after you put it in the water and start it.
