You can bore them and make new butterfly's. I did this a couple of years ago to a '94 mpi.
Opened bores from 2.36 to 2.53 and made a jig to turn new plates.
I can't tell you the stock flow but C&S racing flowed this at 1130cfm @1.5 hg.
The suprise was when they flowed it with a whipple spark arrester and it went down to 850 @ 1.5 hg.

I also found a local source for having 502 throttle bodies bored and blended,I picked up a noticeable power increase (about 10-11 hp on the dyno) with a ported intake running normally aspirated,Smitty
