this is a part of an imco steering. can somebody please help to identify what it is used for.

Yes, it is an inline filter.

It's the filter that goes on the High Pressure side of the pump before the ram.

Hope everyone giving the same answer helps, I forgot to put one in!

Its the inline filter, but I wonder why such a reduction in the hose on the one side. Thats not good.

the reduction has an id of only a few millimeters, i thought that it could have a sense.


... but it is easy to remove.
