I have a 2004 496 Magnum (375 H.P.) and am wanting to make it a 496 Magnum H.O. (425 H.P.). What exactly will I need, where to get it, and how much $$$ ? Also, if there is anyone who has taken stock parts off of a 496 H.O. that I could use for my upgrade let me know.

Search this thread....there is plenty of info on the subject along with members that have the necessary parts. You will need a cam and a computer re-flash.

I have the cam and computer. Has 114 hours on it. I am close as well...west side of Atlanta. I will listen to offers.
