I'd call Bam or Doller Offshore. I lost one a few years ago on my No.5's. The Kiekhaefer replacement was a bit over $1000. This pump is all black metal. Marc at Bam or Art at Doller should be able to point you in the right direction. Doller used to rebuild them. John Klamjens, who helped develop the SpeedMasters used to rebuild them for Doller using a number of test fixtures. For what its worth.....

My friend Bill Gohr in Antioch can rebuild them. He has all the equipment to test them for pressure etc. Send me a PM for his phone number.

Bill Gohr can fix Olin style racing pumps in his sleep. He has rebuilt a few for me. The growling may be dirty oil and valving. He is very reasonable as well.

Call Johnny or Matt at TNT He uses a Heavy Duty version.
And it's cheaper,........and the pump is faster.
