Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it. Got another ECM and installed it. Boat fired right up. Now I just have to buy one.

Put new ECM in tonight. We took it down to the lake to test it and had no oil pressure and low oil press indicator light was on. when I say low I dont mean zero I mean gauge laying as far left as it can past zero. Earlier during the no start senario I would crank and the gauge was pegged. I changed the oil press sending unit because I did not have continuity between the hex and the plug and thought that may have something to do with the computer not allowing the injectors to fire.(long shot)
The funny thing is if you have low or no oil press the ECM should go into limp mode right? I just ran down the lake at 5000RPM with supposedly no oil press and idled in the bay for along time listening to it no ticks or knocks. plus the knock sensor should limp it to right.
