Anyone know how to get scratces and stress cracks out of a lexan / plexiglass windsheild? Or is the only option to have another installed?

you can try and use a foam pad on a buffing wheel with a polish. that will help a bit however deep scratches and stress i don't know of anything. if you do decide to try the wheel just don't burn by holding in one spot especially dry. keep moving.
