So far I like the Promariner 30 or 40.

Do you have one that you prefer. I like the feature of the "12 VDC shore power" switch.

So I assume the best thing to do is wire it to a shore power outlet right? The I can use shorepower or an adapter plug for 120VAC.

I'd recommend to install a standard 30A shorepower inlet plug and feed a 120VAC circut panel from it. Then power the charger from 1 of the circuts, and install a 120VAC outlet from 1 of teh other circuts. Gives you 120V capabilty while allowing you to run 12V items with the charger keeping your batteries charged.

Not following what you are calling a 'switch'.

Thats what the description said - shorepower switch. I just received and havent opened it yet. I will look and see.
