water flow & stainless marine headers?

My old stock set up had 4 hoses from the thermostat housing to the exhaust manifolds. There was a "T" with the spring loaded balls in it, that went to the risers. The Stainless Marine headers can use either 2 or 4 hoses. This means I only need 2 hoses from the thermostat housing. Should I retain the "T" with the balls or run the hoses straight to the headers with no restriction? This is on a Procharged HP454 full roller engine. Free flow or restricted or use 4 hoses? That is the question! ;) All help appreciated!:o

I ran into the same thing with my formula. I spoke with stainless and they said to run the 4 hoses to the 2 holes onthe bottom of each manifold. Put the sacrifical anode on the top rear of each manifold. Hope this helps..From one formula guy to another.......
