Default Race Gas Storage?

How does race gas store? Can it sit for a few months without going bad and gumming everything up? All I can get at the pump is E10. I want to run the boat on the hose but I'm not sure when it will get used. I could just put 10 gallons in and pump out whats left over. A little AV 100LL mix is also an option. I don't need 110 octane so it could drop a few points and it would be ok. Just trying to avoid alcohol in the tank as much as possible. Stabil? Thanks, Doug

Guessing,If its in the boat which would be vented,2-3 months?I have some race gas in a 5 gall race jug, been inside ,id be a little scared to use in my race car on the juice, also the race gas will evaporate over 3 -6months vented, mine was 5gall in the race car, when it drys in the carb it will leave a white/blue sulfur looking dust in the bottom of the bowls,it never hurt anything.
