At the minimum, head gaskets, and probably a valve job.

The bottom ends on mine were in good condition
@ 388 hrs, but cracked heads changed everything.

Will be testing props this weekend.Stock 30P, Lab 30's and a set of 6 blade 30 herrings...should be fun.....

The 6 blades are going to be too big.

You'll be lucky to get 4500 rpm out of them.
