496 Exhaust Overheating

496 Exhaust Overheating
if i go for a hard run,,,everything is good,,,what happens is when i idle down to 1000 rpm,in about ten mins later both exhaust manifold sensors put it into guardian mode,,with a continous beep,,,i thing this is full guardian mode???and another ten mins of 1000 rpm its gone and no beeps at all,,,anybody have a cure???
