Why don`t they use them with long duration camshafts?

Big cams need long risers to avoid water reversion. Big HP engines should not be using the silent choice sytems anyway. If sound reduction is needed get the mufflers or switchables. I have the EMI manifolds with long risers. I have heard that supercharged engines are less prone to reversion than NA. Hope this helps.
