While you are in there you may want to do a few other things.
Depending on hours and salt vs fresh water the head gaskets should be replaced at a minimum. I like Cometic. While you have the heads off a good valve job/refresh with new springs/retainers would not hurt either. I found the Whipples to be higher than the 1-3/4" additional height. I talked to Dustin and measured and measured. Thought I had room but they still hit the hatch. I did all the work and the $2500 per side still sounds high. God luck with the install... |

You are looking at 4-5 hours to install the intercooler. The time to plumb the water supply really depends on how you go about it. Eddie |
