Default Fuel Related Issues?

I have 540s that were assembled about 3 years ago. Just recently I had to replace the Mallory 110 electric fuel pump on the starboard engine (leaking). The next week I had a fuel leak from a crack in the front bowl (around the fitting) of my port engine 1050 Holley carb. I repalced the bowl, called Nickerson and they said that Holley had some bad bowls and that they have changed vendors. This week I had a leak in the rear bowl of the port engine. I haven't had a chance to check to see if there is a crack in this one, yet. Is this just bad luck, did I get some bad fuel, or were there some quality issues? Appreciate any insight.

I doubt it was fuel related. Has to be a flaw in the castings.
