Default Side Mount Shifter/Throttle Control Question??

I have had Quicksilver 3000 that just took a crap and need to find a replacement. My control has the button that you push to use the handle as a throttle lever without engaging the drive....(this is what broke) as well as the trailer trim button and regular trim buttons.

I have looked at the Lavorsi and the Hardin Marine and either they don't have the button feature or have the trailer trim button. Which leads me to another question. Do I need the trailer trim button? I have friends with "Go Fast" boats that have the dual shifter that all they have is one trim button that raises and lowers the unit all the way up and all the way down. How can I get rid of the trailer trim button?

All advice is welcome.
Thanks

Default Same Question

I was wondering the same thing. I want to switch mine out, looked at the other ones and had the same questions. Surely someone knows? Anyone?

Todd,

send Kirk (Elite Marine) a pm on the model that you were looking at. He is the guy I was telling you about and his prices and services are first class.
