Default Small block to big block

I'm getting ready to pull my carbed 350 mag out of my Formula 242. I'm replacing it with a forged 427 bored over to give me 440 ci. I called Bob at Marine Kinetics today (nice guy)! With the new AFR 265 heads and one of his cams he said I should get 550 hp without a problem. So here is my question.

What, if any, of the accessories will bolt on to the big block. I've got some people interested in the complete engine but if that doesn't happen I'm curious if I can swap the following:
Wiring Harness
power steering pump
all the sensors should swap, right?
distributor, coil, thunderbolt IV (should tb IV be reprogramed)?
starter

Personally I'd rather sell the block complete, but it might be easier to sell as a long block, plus I won't have to hunt down all of these parts.

opinions?

dist setup should be the same as long as its not a tall deck 427 block
sensors should be the same but might not be tapped or mounted in the exact same locations,

and the power steering pump and bracket should bolt up,
if your using a circulating pump it will be different from sbc to bbc

I'm using a mark IV 454 block destroked to a 427, so with that, it sounds like everything should bolt up. A new circulation pump is cheap and easy to find so I'm not to worried about that. Do you think the existing wiring harness will work?

I have the sea pump (brass one with brackets) and may have the harness. going from a bb to a sb it may be to short but you could always extend the wires.

let me know if you want to purchase them..

is yours a alpha drive?

I'll let you know about the sea pump and harness. I need to see how I sell my 350. If it goes complete I will need this stuff.

Not picking on your combo, just curious why you would de-stroke a boat motor?

I got an insane deal on it. The rotating assembly is new, and the block is freshly out of the machine shop. The guy I bought everything from needed the money bad. If I was doing it from scratch, I would have gone the 496 stroker route, but after talking to Bob Madara today, I feel good that this engine will do more than I need it to. Bob seemed pretty excited to do the cam for a 427.
