They will get you close, but they do hold alot of water in them to work properly. Mine cost me about 3-400 rpm on 4.5" dry to the tails CMI's

How much water do they need? I have dry exhaust and dumps only through a very small opening in the end of the pipes (the rest of the water dumps through separate dumps).

Will they work at all with a small water flow?

I guess the backpressure, and rpm drop, will be bigger with greater water flow?
